All members and participants should understand the MNPGA, our sponsors and our host facilities are committed to strict compliance with all applicable government orders. All procedures and policies set forth in conducting our events shall be subject to change based on any future Orders issued by any government authority with jurisdiction. It is expected that all participants shall adhere to all guidelines in place at each event. The MNPGA, our sponsors and our host facilities will monitor compliance. Failure to comply with guidelines may result in disqualification.

Each participant must make their own determination regarding the risks and benefits of participating in any event. By participating, each participant understands and agrees that the MNPGA, our sponsors and our host facilities provide no assurances regarding health or safety based on participation in the event. The MNPGA, our sponsors and our host facilities disclaim any liability for injury, liability, cost or damages and by participating each participant agrees to hold the MNPGA, our sponsors and host facilities harmless from any injury, liability, cost or damages suffered by a participant including injury, liability, cost or damages incurred as a consequence of the presence of the COVID-19 virus.
