If a junior must cancel out of an event, a refund will be made only if the MN PGA Junior Golf Association is notified before 4:30 p.m., at least seven days prior to the event. NEW FOR 2008: If you cancel out of an event at least seven days prior to the event you will receive a full refund minus a $5.00 processing fee. If a junior is not able to make it to an event due to a personal reason and it is less than seven days prior to the event, you still need to cancel out of the event that you are scheduled to play in but no refunds will be given. You need to do this even if it is the day of the event. |
